treatment Intake
To familiarize myself with your skin prior to treatment and best prepare a customized experience, please complete the form below. Much of our treatment will incorporate fresh herbs and fruits, custom blended masks, and tailored home care recommendations that I can best prepare for by reviewing the information below. If you do not know the answer to a question or prefer not to answer, all questions are optional and you may leave it blank. All treatments are included in the cost of your facial, there are no additional charges for peels, masks, or hand treatments. You will never be pressured to purchase products, though I will make any recommendations you request.
To prepare for our appointment: Please discontinue retinoid (retinol, tretinoin, adapalene) AHA (glycolic acid, lactic acid) use for at least 4 days prior to your treatment. If you shave, please do not do so 2 days prior to your treatment. Physical sunblock (mineral) is imperative after all facials.
When you arrive: Please press the button with my name next to the lobby door to inform me of your arrival. Suite 321 is at the end of floor 3 on the left, and our lobby door will be open for you to wait for your appointment. For security, we lock our door while in treatment, but it will otherwise be open. I will always start your appointment on time, and give you our full schedule time or more.
